Q What is the minimum order for free shipping?
We offer free shipping for Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau and China. For any other oversea countries, a NT$500 international flat shipping cost will apply.
Q Can you ship internationally and to Taiwanese outer islands?
Yes, all orders will be shipped via Global EMS. You will receive your item after 5 -7 business days after a successful payment. Taiwanese outer islands are available for shipping as well.
Q If I have a discount code, how do I use it?
First, please register as a member, then login to your account; a space for entering voucher code will appear on the right side of the shopping cart page. Now enter your voucher code, then press ”UPDATE”.
Q What types of payments are available?
Presently SATURDAY GUY accepts credit cards and via PayPal. Accepted credit cards are Master Card, Visa, Discovery and American Express.
Q When will my order arrive after successful payment?
After payment, your order will arrive in 3 business days within Taiwan island, 4-5 business days for other Taiwanese minor outlying islands. For other countries including Mainland China, orders will arrive in 5-7 business days after your payment.
Q How to look up the current status for my order?
Log in with your email and password, then go to MY ACCOUNT, and click on my order.
Q Can I return or exchange my purchase from your website?
Yes. If the size doesn’t fit or any quality related issue occurs, please email to service@saturdayguy.com. Please have your purchase packed and ready, we will arrange parcel service for a pick up for customers in Taiwan. There is no charge for return shipment within Taiwan. Oversea customers will be responsible for return shipping cost.
Q What are the requirements for a purchase return?
You may return your purchase when the product is unworn, unused, unwashed and not damaged. THe tag also has to be attached and not damaged.
Q Is there a time limit for a return?
Yes, for customers in Taiwan, please request within 7 days after you received your items; 14 days for customers in other countries /regions.
Q How long is the returning process? Is my money going to be credited back to my credit card account?
After your return request, and after we receive your returned goods, we will process your reimbursement within 7 days. We will return your money back to your credit card account. Please pay attention to your bills because the time may vary for each bank. Please contact your bank for more information.
